Well, I made it. I don't know how, but I did. I feel the weight of all those 22 years under my belt and let me tell you... my back is killing me. Ok, so not really.

Anyways, Life is treating me really good. School has been going excellent. Recently, Dr. White asked me to teach/give a lecture in her Young Adult Literature course. I had a blast. I was extremely nervous, but it was good. I got a full dose of things to come. She said that I did a really good job; that I was informative and all that other stuff, and it looks like I will get to do it again sometime. The class was really warm and recepting to the lesson that I provided (S.E. Hintons' "The Outsiders").   Later on that day, I went to Juanita's school and read to her 1st and 2nd graders. I went from one extreme to the other in one day. Talk about weird. But the kids were so cute and I just had a blast doing that as well. As a matter of fact, I was more nervous with those little kids than I was with my peers. Isn't that strange? Anyways, I'm just rambling now. I'll post next time I have something say. Hope Life is treating you well.

Saving the world from grandma's in wheelchairs...I've seen the way those evil eyes look at me....

So, can school get any better? I think I only have one class that's kind of boring (Dr. Worley...I have the hardest time staying awake in his class. "OKclasschristophercolumbuscametotheamericas...) So yeah, there's that. But other than that, things are great. I saw Daniel and Lindsey and Will over the weekend. We haven't had the opportunity to hang out in quite some time. So we made an entire night out of it. Well, us guys did anyways. Lindsey had to go off and be all "responsible". What a loser..."guys, it's 1 in the morning and you all have to be to work early."  you know. that stuff. We rented "RV", which, although isn't the greatest movie ever made, was still really funny. Robin Williams just can't get a break in that movie. At least not untill the end. And the guests of honour? PIZZA PRO CINNA STIX, 1 LG CHEESE, 1 LG CAN BAC., 1 LG PEP! Oh, you know we had a good time! They were a talkative bunch. But once they started talking trash, we had no choice; we had to eat them...TO DEATH! (ok, so that just translates as we also had a lot of pizza to go along with our movie.) After that, we jumped around on the trampoline for a while (roughly midnight til 1...oh what fun)Did you know that pizza DOESN'T taste as good coming up as it does going down? funny really.... Anyways, I feel as if I'm just rambling on "huuurrrrrr" -Nelly      ... So I guess I'll check in later.

Oh yeah, isn't this weather FREAKN' GREAT? I went out and bought a hammock. I have now slept outside twice...seriously! it's amazing. Anyways, for real this time...clams.

Well, School has finally started. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I only have homework in ALL of my classes. I was looking forward to more of the social aspect of school; not the scholastic. My brain is not ready to be stimulated just yet. It's just that this summer hasn't really felt like a vacation. All I did was work. I mean I did have a few nice trips this summer with some breaks in between, but didn't it just ....fly by?

Anyways, I'm off to Summit Hall for a little while. I hope everybody is enjoying school. And life.
